Mercure Paris Nord Saint-Witz

Convenient location for meeting colleagues and block of flats its joined to is fine.

Great location just off the motorway for a stopover on a journey from Belgium to France, friendly staff speak English and as well as some of the well-known French chain restaurants.

I would not stay here again as it's not up to Mecure standards, but if you can get a deal and the location is convenient then it would be OK.

The location is good for people flying in to Charles de Galle Airport (about 15 minutes by taxi) but I would not recommend staying here for any other reason.

房间干净而宽敞,而且我们可以从这里的平板电视(政府和 GB的联手刚刚被宣布,所以英国电视是必不可少的)上看到24小时的BBC新闻.

结果我们得到一个意外的惊喜,评价的是三星级酒店,不过其实感觉更好,房间真的非常不错————非常的宽敞,而且还有阳台可以看到对面的街景.

唯一的问题是酒店正在重新粉刷,所以楼房里有一些噪音,不过他们只在早上9点过后才开工,然后一般在我们回来时候已经收工了————管理人员尽量把客人订的房间安排在里工地比较远的地方,所以这其实只是一个小问题.

如果没有卫星导航的话,这里有些难找,而且在凡尔赛有很多单行的道路,10欧元一天的停车就在酒店的下面,是一排房屋,连接性很好,但如果你的车子像我的一样,是比较大的,要进去的话就有些太过于紧密了(想象一下大型的梅塞德斯,美洲虎和列克萨斯等).

酒店离凡尔赛宫的入口顺着一条小街道走,只有50码距离,很方便停车————既安全,又是地下停车.

考虑到酒店所在的位置和我们美元/欧元的兑换比率来讲,我觉得我们拿到的134欧元的折扣价不算太糟糕,而且这个价格还包含了我们5天行程中在法国所吃过最美味的早餐在内--各种果汁,很不错的燕麦,吐司,法国面包,牛角面包等等,桌子清理的也非常快速.

不到五分钟的步行可以到凡尔赛宫,或者是到达市中心,而且周围100码之内的地方就有许多餐厅.

我们跟一群英国人一起在这里住了两天,因为我们要在酒店拐角处的那个餐厅参加橄榄球会 晚餐,是一个法国基地的成员选择了这里,这是多么棒的一个选择啊.

I ate in the restaurant every night and although we only ate a set menu the food was adequate but not to the standard I would expect from a quality hotel in France.

We did have breakfast however, which was excellent for a French hotel (it can be a rather "minimal" breakfast at some hotels!

Reception staff was excellent, the main beds were comfortable.

Hotel staff very helpful and le personnel est adorable et toujours a l'écoute et près a nous aider.

However our opinion soon changed when we arrived at reception.

The young lady on reception could not have been more welcoming.

We were so impressed with the welcome and the attitude of the staff and the general atmosphere of the place that we wrote to Mercure customer relations afterwards to tell them, and they wrote us a very nice reply back.

The staff however were polite and enthusiastic.

The room was clean and relatively spacious.
