Clean room, large bathroom. Helpful staff, tried to upgrade us. Fantastic location, close to Arc de Triomph and metro, 10 min walk to Champ Elysees.

The location of the hotel was great! Close to everything - metro, Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe. All the staff spoke some English. They had little things I needed like a cork screw, adaptar etc. Comfortable for a central Paris room, nice bathroom with marble tiling. Very very clean.
The room was small and the air conditioning was fairly weak. There were no free English channels and no subtitles on the French TV. The stair carpets need to be replaced...the walls were thin. Asked for a high floor months in advance, but hotel did not plan to accommodate my request.

The bathroom was clean with stripy décor, and the hotel offered good value for money. As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we appreciated the central location and the comfortable bed with pillows. The receptionist, Sandra, was friendly and helpful. We also discovered a hidden gem restaurant called "Schum" right across from the hotel.
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

Well situated in a quiet street close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs- élisées.
Room extremely small with carpets that require to be refreshed. Marble bathroom with difficult access to the bathtub due to a very large plateglass. Slipped and Injured myself getting out of the bathtub. Despite having a room in the courtyard, was awaken by adjacent and upper floor clients. Despite room reserved at a preferential rate, one can get much better elsewhere. Certainly first and last visit at this Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was great, close to the metro and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. The mattress was comfortable and the room had a cozy feel. The staff, especially Mika, were friendly and helpful, even during the protests that occurred nearby. They went above and beyond to assist stranded non-residents. I also appreciated being able to leave our suitcases and pick them up before our flight. a pleasant stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Location. Traffic facilities
No restaurant, no bar, no lobby. The hotel is very narrow and small. Cups and dishes are spoiled. Too expensive for very small comfort.

The outdoor terrace will be the perfect spot for breakfast or a drink, like I'm on vacation in my own backyard. The recently renovated architecture is charming, just like me after a spa day. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, so no need to walk far for food.
Oh, I absolutely loved how the staff completely ignored me. It gave me the authentic Parisian experience of being invisible to everyone around me.

Stayed here twice due to its location near the Champs Elysees. The rooms are tiny but clean. The hotel itself is also very small but it is central so that is to be expected. Fine for a business trip and perhaps a solo trip or as a couple due to the space issue.

Close to touristy locations. Comfortable mattress. Cosy and clean room. Centrally located in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly sized rooms. Daily room cleaning. Convenient location near train stations
Nothing to complain about at all.

The breakfast was delicious and very diverse. We enjoyed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot breakfast food. The location was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was also clean and tidy.
The room was quite small and cramped. It was difficult to move around with two people and there wasn't much storage space.

During my stay at this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by its prime location between two metro lines, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Situated on a small hill, I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the nearby Arc de Triomphe. The serene garden surrounding the hotel was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for an unforgettable stay.

Great Location and Beautiful Rooms
The hotel had an amazing location, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to get around. We loved how close we were to key tourist attractions and nice restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and we were impressed by the style and decoration.
The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and it took ages to get our key. We also found the prices to be very high for what was on offer, which was a big disappointment.
