  This hotel was fabulous and staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom had an excellent shower and food was good.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive, on getting to reception , the greeting was warm and friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and we had two excellent meals in the restaurant. Breakfast was good good range of choices.

  The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, rooms were more than adequate for most, the dinner was good and as for breakfast there was plenty of fruit and yoghurts.

  All round a great place to stay in Norwich and superb service. Lovely quiet room and good breakfast. Clean and brilliant facilities including pool.

  Food in bar area poor, also I ordered an iron and iron boardwhich never arrived.

  One of the best ramada hotels, very nice staff and booked an executive room was small and hot. Leisure facilities were fantastic as was breakfast, the price was good includin pool gym etc.
