Conveniently located near the train station, very handy after a very late night on the town and i appreciate to location closed to the city center.

Hotel location is perfect next to the train station and the rooms are very nice.

The location is brilliant and very quiet for being so close to the train.

Without having booked anything we had arrived in the eastern town of Nijmegen around seven o'clock on a Friday night and headed for the railway station, assuming that there would be plenty of hotels in the immediate vicinity.

The only drawback was there being no lock on the bathroom door owing to the fact that this room was designed for use by the disabled.

We expected the room to be small, as we were told most Dutch hotel rooms are, and this room certainly was.

It was L shaped but had adequate room, the sleeping area that had two beds having the dimensions of approximately 5 x 3 metres.

The downside, though, was that the room was fitted out for disabled guests and therefore had no bath.

The rooms were ok and the bathroom was clean.

We also had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, where although both the food and service was good, we felt it was very expensive.

There was a wide choice of food at breakfast time, all self service, ranging from cereal, yoghurt and fruit to ham, salami and cheese, accompanied by various forms of bread and croissant.

& tv english channels are an added values and breakfast is simple.

The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice; usual continental offerings and bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs etc.

Two restaurants I can recommend are 'Stationszicht' which is literally directly opposite the train station (typical main course was 14.
