I keep coming back because it's great. They even helped return my docs once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, storage, 24-hr reception/security, bar. See you for my holiday.

Price was right. The breakfast buffet was 11 Euro each, but had a good variety of fresh food. The hotel location was a block away from the casino, which seemed to be the center of town. The hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English and German. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, but there were several restaurants within 2 blocks from the hotel. The nearby Bristol hotel had a restaurant which served great food at about 15-20 Euro each person.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the attention we received from the breakfast staff. The hotel was proud to offer clients a selection of organic food and there was the choice of bacon and eggs, as well as a range of meats, breads and cheeses etc. The resort was very pretty and parking was plentiful. For us this was a one night stop-over but we are considering returning to this hotel/resort for a longer stay...

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to shops, dining, and beautiful walking tours. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and beautiful design. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, sipping wine and watching the sunset over the hills. The breakfast provided was sizable and tasty, setting us up for a great start to the day. The amenities and services offered, such as room service and laundry, made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Filippo was really worth the money. The room was spacious and clean, and we even had a kettle available in the room which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the town and the Vosges mountains. It was also conveniently situated just a short walk away from the town centre, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel was great for our needs--an overnight stay near the Maginot Line and Niedersteinbach. It was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice.

The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for us late-night party animals. We were able to get all the help we needed to plan our events and explore the area. Plus, we got to enjoy the casino and have a blast! And guess what? They even had baby seats and changing mats, so we didn't have to worry about our little siblings. Such a convenient place!

The only thing we missed was a proper dance floor or a party room. We love to dance and have a great time, so it would've been amazing if the hotel had a designated space for us young party-goers.

It is a very nice hotel, clean and comforatable with friendly staff and an extremely good breakfast choice. The hotel's evening restaurant is not in the building, but 3mins walk along the road next to the Casino, and it is well worth a visit!

Can’t fault anything about it.

During my recent stay at a hotel in a lovely small town, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee facilities, made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's location in the town was ideal for exploring and it offered ample parking, which was a huge plus. The breakfast, although limited in variety, consisted of fresh items like delicious baguettes. While the hotel did not have its own dining options, there was a nice restaurant and bar within a short walk from the hotel. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for both leisure and business travelers.
