Very good location, spacious hotel room and reasonable price.

The nearby tram stop allows for easy, located on a busy road and the location of the hotel is very good.

Very comfortable location in the heart of Nice and the hotel was very well located.

Excellent location, old town and we had pleasant stay there.

I loved the roof-top pool area, this hotel has an excellent location for visiting the City of Nice and reception was very helpful in organising a day trip for us.

Excellent location - 5 mins walk from train station (number 99 bus brings you direct from airport in 15 mins for €4) Highly efficient and very friendly staff.

Rooms fine - air conditioning may be a problem during the very hot summer months however as it could have been cooler fopr us in May!

Additionally the room was also readily available and the breakfast was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfy.

Friendly staff, comfy beds and bar very very convenient.

Furthermore definitely a serious consideration whenever we visit Nice again in the future, very close to the high street and i liked to have a bidet in the bathroom.

Rooftop bar were both very well looked after and the breakfast was very good.

I would give this hotel a 10 on 10 since we had an extremely pleasant and excellent breakfast offer.

The hotel itself is cosy and the 8th floor bar has a good selection.

Excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk - great Japanese/Chinese called Hot Pot and lovely little French/Italian called La Toscan.

reception staff simply said ''leave to us'' Upon return to the hotel.

Location was great, the swimming pool on the roof was the best part of the hotel in my opinion and the staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Has all the amenities of standard good quality hotel and unfriendly staff.

E small pillows, i liked the swimmimg pool.

Will definately be returning to this hotel - pool on the roof is added bonus!

Rooms were clean, the breakfasts were fantastic and the rooftop pool was ok a little dated.

    The location is superb and short walk from the train station. Furthermore definitely a serious consideration whenever we visit Nice again in the future, very close to the high street and i liked to have a bidet in the bathroom. 8th floor bar extremely helpful and breakfast is good.

    The location is very good and near to the tram route. I would give this hotel a 10 on 10 since we had an extremely pleasant and excellent breakfast offer.

    Shower that didn't work, din't have any bar or hangers in the wardrobe to be be able to hang up clothes.

    The location is strategic and just off the main shopping street. The hotel itself is cosy and the 8th floor bar has a good selection of drinks.

    No body lotion available in the amenities of the room and the fact that breakfast is added automatically to your bill even you didnt have breakfast.

    Good location, old town and the reception staff simply said ''leave to us'' Upon return to the hotel everything was perfectly arranged. Rooms were clean, the breakfasts were fantastic and the rooftop pool was ok a little dated.
