Spent new year at this classic hotel and it was a great experience! The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part was the location, which was just a stone's throw away from the train station. It was so convenient for exploring the city and grabbing late night snacks at the nearby convenience store. Plus, the free welcome drink was a nice touch!
The building may appear somewhat old from the outside but the interior was still charming. However, there was no gym or swimming pool which would have been nice amenities to have.

Staff.
Breakfast buffet was not refreshed adequately. With more than an hour left many items were nearly depleted. Choice could have been larger.

Located near shops and restaurants. Spacious room with clean facilities. Good breakfast choices and reasonably priced.
Staff was not friendly or accommodating and made us feel unwelcome during our Christmas stay. No late-night options for guests with sleeping children. Cleaning staff was careless with our belongings. we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel for the lack of hospitality.

The hotel's location was fantastic with a subway entrance just around the corner and many nearby areas of interest. The rooms were neat and clean with large windows that offered stunning views. The breakfast had a great variety, including delicious Japanese cuisine. The staff was polite and attentive, always willing to help with whatever we needed. I appreciated the outlets available in the room to charge my devices.
The hotel lacked flexibility when it came to loyalty cards, unlike another hotel we stayed at nearby.
