The setting was stunning, right by a hill and the Italian restaurant. The staff were amicable and welcoming too.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

Overall had really nice stay for three nights. Really enjoyed staying at the standard king room with an extra bed.

We had a very good stay in this great business hotel. The unit we got was a nice size with bathroom, balkony, for instance. The location was comfortable for our trip. The property was a brilliant base for enjoying a leisure area.

We stayed in a spacious room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful park. The location was peaceful and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room had all the necessary amenities, including free WiFi and parking. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The noise from nearby construction work woke us up early in the morning, despite the windows being closed.

It is definitely worth booking a room on one of the upper floors - just for the sake of the view.

Free parking! Friendly staff! From the balcony there is a wonderful view of Lüdenscheid and the green belts! Good breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.! The band "ohne-Yoko" heated up really well at the fire brigade festival of the fire brigade Mitte. We look forward to next year again!

A fantastic stay at Mercure Hotel. The spacious room had all the basics, including nice comfy beds. The friendly room maids did a great job. The restaurant staff was polite, although a bit quick with plate removal. The hotel is situated in a quiet park on a hill, providing beautiful views. The pool on the top floor offers stunning vistas. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and also big rooms, nice staff and for 5€ per person a very good breakfast. Our son (2 years) ate and slept for free. The highlight is the large indoor pool with a great view, which has also been renovated in the meantime. We always like to come back.

The hotel is in a great location, with a lovely park nearby and convenient for exploring the area. The staff at the breakfast room were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I started my day off right. The bar area was also a highlight, with a talented bartender who made delicious cocktails.

The options were not very appetizing and there wasn't much variety. the reception staff seemed unhelpful and clueless, except for one gentleman who was pleasant and tried his best to assist.

Good evening. So far everything was as expected and already known. It wasn't the first booking we've had here. However, I think that staff might be a little nicer. In the past, there was nothing to complain about.

No possibility to sit on the balcony. No minibar, no cold drinks in the suite. I expected more when I booked a suite.
