The rooms were all lovely and outstanding with balcony. The location was very central, really close to the major tourist spots from here.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. It's just a short walk to all the interesting places in town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the bustling square below. The staff here are exceptional - they speak excellent English and are very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, even printing my boarding passes for me. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, from room service to laundry, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I can't think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't love this hotel. It's the perfect place for families to stay and enjoy their time in the city.

Liked the shower with the extra sprays. Bed was very comfortable - no plastic sheeting on the mattress. It was quiet despite being very central. Good express breakfast service in bar, served quickly and efficiently, 3 croissants, coffee and orange juice for seven euros..

stayed before in limoges and mercure really impressed this time. the receptionist was super helpful, giving us maps and bus routes. room was comfy and clean, with extra security using key card for lifts. breakfast was good and included.

The breakfast was freshly prepared with tasty regional foods and local specialities, and had all you need. Had convenient location in the centre of town, only a short distance to Opera.
