Thomas
As a businessman attending a symposium, I chose this hotel for its excellent conference facilities. The seminar rooms were spacious, equipped with modern amenities, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's business center and meeting rooms were also very convenient for networking and collaborating with other attendees.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated coworking space within the hotel. It would have been helpful to have a quiet area where I could set up my laptop and work undisturbed.

I chose Mercure for its proximity to Musee 39 45 Tourcoing, a landmark I wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property, which was a great convenience. I especially enjoyed having an evening drink by the fireplace in the hotel bar.
Limited menu, slow service.

This hotel has a unique venue for meetings and receptions, which is great if you're into hosting parties and impressing people. The bar and restaurant are cozy and the food is actually decent.
They seem to have missed the memo about making it safe for less mobile people to get around. Watch out for the high step with no grab rail, it's definitely not wheelchair-friendly.

We loved the location of this place, as it was conveniently close to the metro and tramway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel itself had a beautiful and stylish building, which added to the overall charm. The service provided by the staff was helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we felt comfortable during our stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee-making facilities. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed there for Easter. Good location, close to public transportation, and plenty of parking spaces nearby. Enjoyed the breakfast, with a variety of pastries and good coffee. The staff was friendly and polite.
The rooms were tiny, with no space to move around. The air conditioning was not effective, making the room hot and stuffy.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Roubaix for my cousin's wedding. The hotel's location was superb, near the main square and metro station. The check-in process was friendly and convenient, and the housekeeping staff was efficient. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was very attentive. The dinners were tasty and good value, despite a limited selection. The hotel bar and lobby were pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the wifi connection was excellent. a nice place to stay for a few nights.
Would recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel, a real adventure! Had a thrilling experience of having my rear and side windows smashed and my belongings stolen. A true adrenaline rush!
Just a tiny little inconvenience, dear hotel, you might want to consider installing a grab rail in the bathroom. It's so much fun trying to balance on a high step!

Great location, in the heart of the city, close to the metro, train station, and town square. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi was a plus.
The staff was unhelpful, the breakfast was a disaster with poor quality food and long queues, there was no parking space available, and the lift was out of order.
