I appreciated looking at city from the window of the family room. The facilities such as a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed were available.

Really enjoyed my great stay for 2 nights. It was new-fashioned, warm and where the toilet was downstairs. All the employees were exceptional and courteous.

It was a lovely small and reasonably priced hotel in a very nice area, close to the Christmas market and restaurants. I loved the local cuisine served in the traditional restaurant.

They gave me standard twin room with shower, toilet downstairs, sofabed. The staff was welcoming and exceptional in managing every request. The food at the traditional restaurant was great.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old center, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

ordinary, and a little tired, typically French 3 star hotel. Key plus is the location - on the edge of the old town and a short stroll to a wide range of good restaurants and bars. The other key element is a secure underground car park i n a city where parking spaces are at a premium,

Great location near restaurants and close to the center. Nicely refreshed lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast selection was excellent. The room had a spacious shower area with good lighting. Despite some cleanliness issues with the toilet, the overall experience was enjoyable. The staff, while not proactive in addressing concerns, was polite. I would recommend this hotel.

They have comfortable beds and spacious, bright bedrooms and bathrooms. Their breakfast has a plentiful array of foods.

Some of their hotel staff, mainly at the front desk, barely interacts with guests.

Compact and fairly quiet units with bathroom are on different stage and tea/coffee, exceptionally nice employees. Contemporary decoration. Amazing, lovely location in Vieux Lille district just next door to the center of a pretty old town, great restaurants, shopping and sightseeing and old town cafes, restaurants.

I appreciated staying in this pleasant and great hotel based in a functional building. The venue was set in the central position near nice restaurants as well as the old city centre. Had brunch in the Monsieur Jacques, located nearby.

My bed was pretty firm, unfortunately.

Comforts of family room with a comfortable bed were fabulous. The staff were excellent and amicable, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff. The location was magnificent, for example, rue de Bethune Thoroughfare was at a short distance from the hotel.

Central location, at a moderate distance from Lille's Opera. The hotel close to restaurants and cafés. Compact and modern units available with bathroom are on different stage, shower upstairs, for instance.
