  Good sized room and bed, great food and facilities. Excellent pool and spa.

  All very poor stuff, the reception seems badly organised.

  Comfortable bed, very good food and pool great and the gym fantastic.

  And comments to the hotel would be not to loose sight of the fundemental basics and reception unaware of my Booked at time of arrival.

  Room wascvery spacious and the food itself was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever and the presentation was lovely. Pool facilities a good time was had by everyone.

  The event in the pennine suite was fabulous, breakfast was adequate and plentiful and the staff were helpful.

  The food wasn't fresh and choice wasn't great, good facilities.

  The staff are not motivated and involved waiting in reception for a before being able to go to the room.

  The location was peaceful and very helpful and the room was in a nice setting. Staff were professional and attentive, the receptionist were friendly. The bed was clean and fresh, jacuzzi facilities were modern. The breakfast was also good.

  Our toilet did not flush we first used and the spa was closed early.

  Great location, nice setting and the buildings all looked pretty impressive. Particularly some exteriors looks a little jaded and pleasant helpful staff. Good room space for working, lovely spa spoilt only by the absolute rip off prices of the drinks and foreign waiters are excellent.

  Pleasant location and nice hotel. The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and the price we paid included breakfast and Spa facilities was unbelievable. Beer was good.

  The tea room has an excellent menu and the village shops are lovely, the leisure facilities are a key asset to the business and really made the stay enjoyable. Staff just seemed bored and couldn't be bothered, the aroma sauna is also really good and a bit different, the restaurant is superb ~ the ambience, food and service all brilliant. Because of the fabulous spa, i would return again.
