Very convenient location close to the Old.

Great central location close to all bars and the whole place is getting really nice now.

Central location, i liked the hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Quiet location, i find the Mercure chain of hotels reliable.

When we got to our room, there was a horrible "drain" smell coming out of the bathroom.

Apart from the smell, which was slightly better with the bathroom door closed, our room was adequate.

Port, the fact that the hotel is very central to all amenities - enjoyed the breakfasts and for two people I imagine the room size might feel on the small side.

The staff were very friendly and room was ready even we arrived early check in was quick.

Friendly staff, restaurant suprisingly good.

Staff courteous and helpful, very good breakfast.

Breakfast is above average at the Mercure, enjoy a fine view at the harbour.

La Bodega in Vieux Port offers a good French formula menu, but we can also recommend the restaurant of the Mercure or the Japanese place in Gabut (between Mercure and old town).

The hotel front staff was pleasant and helpful, was even better service than last year.

Honest and Good Service, breakfast was excellent & staff very friendly.

    Near the port, old town and the location was ideal for our purpose. The hotel front staff was pleasant and helpful, was even better service than last year. Our room was adequate, breakfast was good.

    Very convenient location close to the Old Port, the fact that the hotel is very central to all amenities - enjoyed the breakfasts and for two people I imagine the room size might feel on the small side. The restaurant itself is lovely.

    Location was excellent within easy walk of town and the nightime atmosphere was amazing. The staff were very friendly and room was ready even we arrived early check in was quick.
