Had absolutely perfect and convenient location near public MRT station, near Poins Square. Based near to Chinese or western restaurants and shopping centers as well as Jakarta for business.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls, the MRT station, and just a 45-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is also in a smoking area, which was convenient for us. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the efficient room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff. The housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and well-stocked with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace in our room were a nice touch, and we felt safe with the in-room safe. The dining table was spacious and we enjoyed the free toiletries provided. a great experience.

Wonderful dining experience at KARUMBA Rooftop. The romantic atmosphere and excellent service made my husband's birthday dinner unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Salmon Grill and the comfortable ambiance of the restaurant. It truly is the perfect place to celebrate special moments.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the flexibility in the welcome drinks served at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I also liked that the location was in close proximity to the main shopping malls and entertainment centres.

The pool was quite small and not as enjoyable as expected. the entrance to the hotel was disturbed by construction work in the area.

Enjoyed perks!

It was a pleasant city break with the staff being super nice and friendly. Stayed in a clean room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The rooftop bar provided a stunning view of the city. What was impressive was the complimentary welcome drink and after-stay surprise gift my girlfriend got, both adding a personal touch to the experience. the hotel was conveniently located near the areas I needed to visit.

The stay was marred by noises and disturbances at night due to renovation work being done in the hotel. the minibar was unstocked, and it was a hassle to get coffee and water in the morning.

We really enjoyed all the staff who were so helpful and very friendly.

The pool was a little smaller than we expected, so wasn't really relaxing to enjoy as it didn't take many people to fill it.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was cozy and modern with fantastic facilities like a cool rooftop bar, pool, and gym. The friendly staff, Angel, made my experience even better. The location was convenient with nearby transportation and shopping malls. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing shower. Breakfast had great choices with delicious food. The hotel also provided great parking facilities with safety and security.

Located near the MRT Station Lebak Bulus and various shopping malls, this hotel offers a prime location for guests. The rooms are comfortable with a modern fitout and a great shower. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious food options for breakfast and handmade pasta in Tuscano's restaurant.
