I recently stayed at the Mercure hotel for a short stopover. The bed and bedsheets were extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. They even granted me a special late check-out, which made my travel experience more convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the airport and a nearby mall.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a modern area of the city and a mall just a 5-minute walk away. The room had all the amenities I needed, including soap, towels, a coffee machine, and even small chocolates. The fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience. The staff was very attentive and the self check-in process was easy. I appreciated the included parking and found the overall experience to be fabulous. The housekeeping was excellent and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely book here again if I return to the city. The free shuttle bus to the airport and nearby mall was also a bonus.

my recent stay in istanbul was amazing and memorable. mercure went above and beyond my expectations, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping. overall, a wonderful experience.

Staying at this hotel was an enjoyable experience, especially due to the exclusive amenities provided. The Spa & wellness centre was a true highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath all available to guests. The spa centre also offered a variety of massage treatments, giving me a chance to relax and unwind. Additionally, there was a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area which provided some great drinks and light snacks. Moreover, the breakfast was impeccable, with a wide range of options including special diet menus.

The only negative aspect I found was the Wi-Fi connection which wasn't always stable and reliable. Besides that, everything else was up to the mark.
