The pool, public areas and grounds are beautiful, & it is in a handy and quiet location (if you have a car) next to Sizzler, Subway & a great noodle bar so you can save money on meals.
Quiet location next to Sizzler and the place needed a good clean.
The location was handy, i would not stay here even was for free and i was surprised at the level of facilities for the price.
We took a taxi straight from the airport to the Mecure so getting there wasn't a problem.
The phone system does not work nor does the radio/music stations, nor the movie station so you are limited to 4 regional free to air channels.
Was given an easy to follow map to the room, we were up grade from a queen 2 singles to a joining rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 single (my 13yo daughter loved having a queen all to herself).
This done I decided to sit on the bed and call reception to organise the bathroom to be cleaned.
Bathrooms we clean and tidy as were the rooms, kids also loved the LCD tv's on the wall with the cartoon channel!
Friendly staff and the bed was comfortable.
Firstly, the room (Motel room) we stayed in had two (2) double size beds that took up the whole room.
The restaurant bar was lovely, the free flowing pool was very nice.
The pool area looked lovely as did the restaurant and bar but with a 4pm arrival it was too cold to contemplate.
We did have breakfast in the restaurant the next morning.
Continental was about $16 and full cooked breakfast around $19.
Unfortunatley we never go to dine at he restaraunt, the food i saw delivered to tables looked yummy though!
Well located for my needs, the hotel staff were efficient and friendly, reception was huge and inviting.
Staff might mean well but not very interested in providing any personalised service.
The reception area shown on the website makes look brand new and modern, staff might mean well.
This place was wonderfull, Reception was huge and inviting, very easy to check in!
In the evening sitting by the pool drinking cold beer was great.
The Pool area was fantastic, kids loved havin a 'bridge' to swim under, my partner also enjoyed the pool!
I enjoyed the cocktail being bought to me beside the pool!
The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and the beds were nice.
I found that the cleaning staff very friendly, the room was clean.
For the price as well - you truly get your money's worth and the room wasn't I would call clean.
It was tiled and fairly clutterfree but it wasn't particularly clean and the bathroom still had mould in it.
The room wasn't what I would call clean but it wasn't too bad.
