During my recent business trip to Hyeres, my director chose the Mercure Hyeres Centre Cote D'Azur hotel for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the range of recreational amenities available at the hotel. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day of meetings, and the 24-hour fitness center allowed me to maintain my workout routine. the free WiFi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected and productive throughout my stay. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

For a 4-star hotel, I did notice some minor issues in the rooms.

Breakfast lots of choice. It was short walking ditance to the bus station and short walk to shops, resturants. Free wi-fi. Tea and coffee making facilites in the room. Beds were comfortable.

It was noisy with traffic early morning as my room near an entrance road for major supermarket lorries delivering. The food in the resturant although reasonably priced was not very good. The maid did not fill up our tea/ coffee/ milk supplies each day and we had go to the dining room and take from there. The air conditioning was not very effective. And it was very hot.

my recent stay in hyeres exceeded expectations. the hotel staff at mercure were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. the room was nice and the pool area was relaxing. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the city centre.

I chose this hotel for a business conference and it was perfect. They have excellent meeting facilities and free parking, making it convenient for business and seminars.

The only thing I missed for my work is a dedicated business center with printing and copying services.

The location meant it was easy to get to and from the old town centre and also cose to the bus station for the Airport

I thought the restaurant service was extremely poor. slow and unappreciative.

Great stay during my business trip. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and offered free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and ensured that everything ran smoothly during my stay.

The room was on the smaller side and close to a busy street causing some noise disturbance.

Nice lobby, close to the old town, parking available.

I was not offered a better room considering it was my honeymoon, and was assigned a view of the parking lot instead of a view on the pool (at a minimum). Internet service was not functioning.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and kettle, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. The hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a bar where we could enjoy refreshing drinks. We also appreciated the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient.

Highly recommend this hotel for families.

Attracted by comments about recent refreshment. Hotel in reasonable state but carpet seems forgotten. Chair with sportstains. Initial room had been smoked out and staff readily changed for a more fresh version. Airco will not be switched off

Convenient location for airport and easy parking. The pool and garden were nice. The breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel fronts onto a scruffy retail park. The evening meals were overpriced and mediocre with brusque service.

The hotel offered a heated pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist, making the stay enjoyable.

Felt well taken care of without any complaints.

It was not clean. Sands were in the bathtub and in the bed between sheets!!! There was even a pair of trousers left in the closet. It almost scared us.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, city center and old town, making it easy to explore the area. There is a cafeteria serving French food next door and a supermarket nearby for essentials. The room is clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and working air con. The pool is a relaxing area to spend the day.

The hotel entrance was hard to find for some guests due to its hidden location.
