          Location staff friendly and helpful, just across the street is the perfume river and the ferry terminal. The hotel is good, the waiter of the front desk speaks best English that I have ever met in Vietnam and specious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is pretty nice.

          Location was central for citadel, the hotel looks new and fresh and the staff were very friendly, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop bar was nice and the breakfast buffet was good.

          Bus arranged to hoi an was not as described, the price that the waitress of front desk gave was a little expensive.

          Wonderful large quiet room overlooking parfume river and food and service is good in all the recommended restaurants we went to nearby. Location is perfect and bed is really lovely and the place is quite clean. The staff are really genuinely friendly and helpful, air conditioning helped to keep cool.

          Great location and nice, modern hotel. Reasonable prices and large lobby free wi fi good rate for changing US. Staff were very friendly and our room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and refreshing and I had to myself 2 of the 3 times I visited.

          The view from the skybar was great during happy hour, staff were kind and facilities were quite good, our room was modern and clean. Tried the new spa, the aroma therapy was one of the best we tried in Vietnam.
