Great views, nice hotel and overall not bad for the money.
This is a lower cost hotel than the usual Wellington offering; and it surpassed my expectations.
The location was good, the hotel's dining room was very well located and the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.
The location was handy for our requirements my daughter had a morning exam at uni and hotel staff were helpful.
The location is at the very southern end of the Terrace, among student flats etc, but within easy walking distance (if near vertical) of the top of the Cuba Quarter.
After a short taxi ride from the airport, I pulled up at this hotel which I couldn't decide whether was central city or suburbs for Wellington.
But having landed, there is a good underground carpark with a direct access to the lifts, which was great.
There is room for a bed, and then a couch/ table lounge area.
The room itself was fine if a bit run down: 2 large beds, room for suitcases and a bath - I do love a bath and the most magical view.

Bedroom was well decorated not so big but functional.
I ate at 345, nice restaurant offering great view of the bay and city.
I didn't eat in the hotel at all, so I can't comment on the restaurant.
The rooms are not cleaned diligently, and the food in the restaurant is improperly prepared.
Continental breakfast combo, facilities good.
The restaurant was probably the biggest surprise of my stay.
Overall our stay was a pleasant one, comfortable and the staff were friendly prompt and helpful, the room service dinners were excellent.
Staff were friendly and approachable, the service in the Dining room was very good, the restaurant food was plentiful and tasty.
The staff were the hotel's best asset, the service was great and so was disappointing they had a room full of young girls were placed in the room between us.
