  Free shuttlebus to the airport, frequent train schedule and a nice small town to explore. In addition this hotel is in a very convenient locations for both JR, the front desk very helpful and bathroom are concerned is comfortable. Good Half Time bar.

  No breakfast makes the deal i paid for a very expensive one and didn't open after check-out time.

  Good location near to Narita and th free shuttle bus. Additionally nothing bad to say about our stay at the Mercure and narita Town itself is very traditional. The staff are friendly and efficient, high speed Internet via LAN is available in your room for 500 yen/day, the karaoke bars are great fun. Excellent lunch buffet, after a long International Flight.

  Great location for Airport, shuttle bus very handy and this hotel is perfect for a day/night stop over in Narita. Staff speak very good english, the rooms are spotless clean except for the carpets throughout public and an excellent choice for a short visit to Narita.

  Kaisei train just 5 mins away & JR train 9 mins away, convenient stores and a leisurely stroll down the town to the temple was lovely. Close proximity to the station was main priority as was the free shuttle to the airport, the hotel made travelling really easy and check in was quick price was good. Shuttle service was also a big plus, check-in was fast and room was very clean and quiet.

  The restaurant was poor and overpriced, the pool did not open early enough in the morning - pity.

  Narita is a lively city and very old stle hotel that has not changed much in 20 yearsGood location - close to airport. The rooms are cleaned daily.

  Very nice room very good service nice breakfast very nice bar andl lovely location would fully recomend for anyone in the furture, convenient hotel and lunches for a very reasonable price. Professional staff and bedroom were both clean. Dinner in Narita was not expensive either, gardens were beautiful.

  Ideal for getting to airport and also the hotel did the best buffet lunch at 1500 yen all you can eat. Additionally the staff were very accommodating and the room was not bad - very tight bathroom. The restaurant was clean, dinner in Narita was not expensive either and gardens were beautiful.

  Free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel is conveniently located near a McDonald's.

  Bottles of water in room would have been nice and the food is also awful.
