Location is ideal and this hotel has to 's credit a reasonable rate.

I love the central position and this hotel is in a great location.

Handy location, excellent welcome and good price.

Handy location and warm welcome at reception.

We arrived quite late and were pleasantly surprised to see a great modern clean room with a queen bed, a single, and a trundle.

The windows opened but I kept them shut as they had no screens and I was worried my children may fall out the window as their bed butted up agaist the window at legde height.

Our room had been renovated and was clean, the king size bed was comfortable with a thick fluffy doona and lots of pillows.

I was about to call reception to say there was a mistake when I discovered a trundle bed under the single.

If you sat on one end the whole bed tipped up!

We did not eat at this hotel as their restaurant prices were ridiculous and the bar was totally empty too, couldn't even find the bar person to serve us!

The Food at Snappers restaurant was exceptional although the breakfast was a bit steep, but worth every penny.

Two comfortable chairs in the room to relax in and the restaurant seems to offer a variety of meals at a reasonable price.

I only had one breakfast there and one main meal.

As far as the hot breakfast went and great facilities.

Warm welcome at reception, professional staff and ordered room service was great.

Very accomodating Everything about our stay was pleasant, reception staff were helpful and caring, beds were very comfortable.

The staff were mostly helpful and paid for two pemium.

The hotel has no porter, and really no parking.

There is an inadequate public parking lot in the back and on one side of the hotel.

Parking was not a problem because we got to the hotel early.

Wireless LAN access available, but didn’t see this advertised.

Staff were really helpful and the room was clean.

Nice hotel in Launceston, professional staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean warm and adequate could not get my dial up internet online and thought 3hrs $15 broadband was ok but then found I had to use it all at once in a 3hr block.

    Central Location and room service for meals was good plus I loved the shower bay because was non-slip. Very accomodating Everything about our stay was pleasant, reception staff were helpful and caring, beds were very comfortable.
