Quiet hotel in busy city location, pleasant staff and nice rooms - no complaints at all - good value for money.
All in all this hotel is value for money, booked through Accor hotels website and worked out at £95.
Overall if planning a short stay in the fab city of Koln, and not wanting to spend a lot of money on accomodation then this hotel is perfect!
In addition hotel well situated, a decent price - recommended and free internet in lobby.
Good location, the hotel was well located for walking to nearby attractions and the room was typical Mercure.
Very well located, the location of the hotel is very good and staff are friendly.
The good location-close to metro, friendly staff and in the rooms 's quiet at night.
The location is central, the nearest subway station is 100 meters away and quiet room at back of Hotel.
Ideal für Sightseeing and within walking distance to cathedral/train station in a quiet street.
The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
The phone system is very old which makes it near impossible to use your laptop in your room.

In the evening the street is crowded but in the room you dont hear any noise.

A great buffet breakfast is offered and there is a nice but small hotel bar.
Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and good Irish Bar next door.
Dont opt for the breakfast, it works out at £10.
Good breakfast though, but that's the only good thing i can say.
There was an AWFUL sewerage smell and the staff was aware of this problem.
Not all the staff were very skilled in installing the adapter you need to use your laptop with the phone system.
Good for visiting the city and excellent value for money.
50 for the ride and great hotel friendly would go back there.
Clean & big room and breakfast excellent.
Although the rooms are a bit on the small side they are clean and comfortable.
