We got a really great sea/mountain view room and the hotel was quite good value for money.
Moreover the hotel is clean and the price is pretty good here.
Had an amazing view of the Cairns Harbour, i thought that the hotel was an excellent value and as the rate was pretty good we booked.
For the money we spent on this trip, the hotel was definitely worth it.

The location to central Cairns was great, all in all the hotel was good and the staff was very helpful.
A good location away from the noise, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the room is spacious and comfortable.
The bus was on time but sometimes had to take 2loads of passengers in.
As it happened, the bus was always full (only seats 9 and we are a family of 7 people) and only ran once every hour.

Room was ok but air conditioning ineffective and there was no bathroom fan as others have mentioned.

Good service, reception staff on check-in extremely friendly and helpful, the beds were so soft and comfortable.
Also, the hotel provides a shuttle that drops off and picks up at the town center to take you back to the hotel.
The price is pretty good here, and it is close to town (you can walk or there is a shuttle during the day).
Location - huge pool for the kids and great stay.
Bathroom was clean and breakfast was good.
Enjoyable stay ever, helpful staff and the room was clean and comfy.
I liked the view, every hour shuttle bus is convenient and coutesy van is a great idea as you are a liitle way from town Rooms Clean.
