At a very reasonable price, friendly staff and the receptionist was very helpful.
Excellent location a few minutes walk from the city centre, tram line is in front of the hotel.
Good location, great quality and the service was also pretty bad, and at best indifferent.

Great location in central basle, very near to the tramway station and a coop store next door is very helpful. Nice place to explore Basel, the rooms facing the garden are the best and breakfast is really good.

Handy for the conference centre, most tram lines are disabled and baby pram/stroller friendly, the hotel itself is quiet, comfortable, clean. Bed and pillows are fine, breakfast buffet is very nice and complete.

Good location, great Hotel and reasonable price for Basel. Pleasant staff at reception and the employees were very kind and helpful. The room was large.

Tram was too noisy during the night, bar was quite small and didn't get busy at all.

The quiet position and good Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent shower. Not too bad by European standards, quiet, clean and a nice and romantic garden.

Trains/cable cars are very noisy and run midnight, in my opinion the breakfast is not worth the price.
