Very convenient to the station, public areas were well presented and this hotel provided excellent facilities for the price we paid.
Place of the hotel is very convenient for travel by train - max 10 min walk distance from the railway station, the rooms have a nice standard for the price.
The location is right in the centre and a short distance from the Railway Station.
The hotel has very good location, staff very courteous and the room wa clean.

Its just couple minutes away from the main rail station and one minute from the shopping area.
Duisburg Novotel is conveniently located near the main station and shopping street (König Strasse).
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, i liked that had a bath tub, dinner had a good range of interesting food.
Moreover the price is reasonable too, staff are friendly and nice, night porter opened the pool for us after should have been closed so we could swim before bed one evening.
Rooms are big enough, bathrooms are new and clean.
The rooms have a nice standard for the price (if you are travelling by yourself, make sure to book at double room to be used as a single room, though).
Room was large and well furnished, bathroom was also large, modern and clean.
Good service, nice room and the breakfast bar has a fairly wide variety.
The breakfast was good but pricey, but the evening meals were much better value and very nice.
The breakfast buffet (included in the fee) is absolutely yummy, with many different options to choose from.

Front desk staff botched our reservation (despite sending us a confirmation email with the correct information) and made repeated errors when attempting to correct it.
