Mercure Hotel Brisbane - 布里斯班

The location was good and the hotel was located near the mall in downtown Brisbane.

Historical sites, great hotel in a great location would stay again and staff very helpfull and friendly.

The location is very good, the Mercure Brisbane certainly is a nice little hotel and our room is clean.

The hotel was also only 5mins walk away from the train station which has a direct link to the airport and if there is only two of you, works out just as cheap as a taxi.

The hotel is located within short walking distance to the Victoria Street Bridge, Queen Street Mall, and the Roma Street Transit Station (with trains to Airport and Gold Coast).

This wasn't a huge problem, but didn't leave much room left in the bedroom as it was all taken up by bed!

Bed in room 1111 is bad, bathroom old, restaurant not good (specially the burger Club sandwich so so) service is except one or two guys (most of the time assistant manager) is just how can i say?

Our room had a double bed and a single bed, both dressed in bedspreads and the room was furnished with modern-style furniture, including a desk.

The staff were extremely helpful when in the room above a young man decided to jump up and down on his bed making a lot of noise.

The rooms were are fairly large, clean, and had a comfortable bed.

The food we ordered from room service was very good the breakfast buffet in the restaurant was not that great.

The bar and restaurant were closed for renovations when I was there so I cannot comment on them.

I like the 2nd floor bar/ restaurant/ bistro.

The children ate for free, so it only cost us $25 per day for the 4 of us to eat breakfast.

I have a horrible intolerance to various foods and Stacy the restaurant manager spend a long time going through menus with me to find something that I would be able to eat.

The concierge and reception staff went out of there way to assist us in every way.

Views were excellent, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as usual the service was very good.

Our service experience was better here at the mercure and concierge were friendly.

Parking available for a reasonable fee and spacious understated lobby area.

Aside from the car parking problem, we would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

The major issue with this hotel is its car parking.

Our rooms (we had two, because our two teenage sons were with us) were great, clean and smelled fresh and inviting.

The room we had was large and very modern and clean.

Resturant was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.

The room was just as you would expect from a hotel chain, clean, crisp, modern.

Also friendly helpful staff, efficient check-in and the room itself was fine - clean.
