If you need to be in/near the centre of Aachen, this hotel is ideal and, at 69 euros, excellent value for money.
The location is great - an easy walk anywhere in the shopping district, near the Cathedral, museums and plazas lined with sidewalk cafes.
The main asset of this hotel is the location, right in the center of Aachen.
The rooms were fairly spacious compared to European standards, and the location was unbeatable!
On the way there, we took a taxi from the station (very quick and cost 5 euros with luggage).
20 Gehminuten (mit dem Taxi weniger als 10 Euro).
00 euros for a superior room (it had an extra cot-like bed in the corner of the room with a bathtub/showern).
The room was really clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable one of the best I have ever slept in.
Friendly staff at reception, very comfortable bed and very good selection of food at breakfast.
Either table has to be lowered or bed has to be higher.
As with our other German hotel, I don't remember seeing an Air Conditioning unit in the room.
The breakfast was good, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The suggestion they made for a good nearby restaurant was outstanding.
We didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so can't comment on the facilities.
It is central to everything including the tourist information center, shopping , restaurants but still very quiet at night.

Very pleasant Reception Staff and clean rooms.
Good central position, clean hotel and reception staff particularly polite and helpful.
Some of the staff at reception were friendly, others were less so.

Indoor parking is available for extra charge.
No parking was available for us when we arrived having been told parking was available when booking and My wife left her mobile phone on the dressing table the morning of our departure but the hotel said it was not found.
In addition the staff were very helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was decent.
Although the room decor can be described as Spartan, I thought of it as clean, modern and comfortable.
Nice & hulpfull staff, very clean room and breakfast was a large buffet selection.
Rooms in very good condition, kept very clean.
The rooms are spotless, new, light and airy.
