The room was tastefully decorated with milk, the 2 beds plus the leisure facilities and safety measures included smoke detectors. The provided service was exceptional.

The breakfast was incredible and absolutely superb with wasted items and continental options, as example, the best I had in Kingston upon Hull.

Greatly enjoyed how beautiful and absolutely fabulous the property was and its very approachable staff on shift. The hotel was just next door to local sights, restaurants, and take aways thanks to its marvellous location. Besides, Cottingham Castle Tower was 6 km away from the venue.

The place was tidy and pleasant, it had welcoming staff by at least three staff members. The breakfast with hot options and berries was warm and incredible for what you got. The hotel was in a secluded location on a regular basis when in the Hull area.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this good standard place. Overall it was average sized even with milk for my coffees.

The hotel was relaxing with recently refurbished rooms and I enjoyed gentle staff. Booked a room for the children to run around. The breakfast at the venue was warm and fantastic with hot food. The service was perfect, I had 1 really great nights here.

All in all they offer excellent service. It also has excellent internet and easy parking. The location is central.

Many things to mention - everything was spotless, excellent food, pleasant views. We thoroughly enjoyed the reasonably large rooms. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location adjacent to where the service was also good and the garden on one side and supermarkets.
