Staff was good , almost near to harram , bus service was provided by hotel managment...

They deduct my money from my visa card even I offer them to pay cash, this was very first time happened with me, the standrad room was very small for the family.....even washroom was very small .....there is no water or tea for complementry service ......some time the bus drivers will not come on time to go for prayer in Harram .........

Nothing, I will never stay there again.

No provisions for people on wheel chair, Rooms/Bed/Bathrooms are below avg even for a 3 star hotel. everything was very poor quality, does not deserve the price charged.

Shuttle bus to Grand Mosque Al Haram Makkah is provided in every time prayer, this is the great thing from the hotel, otherwise it will be difficult going and coming to/from mosque on foot. Room is clean and comfort. Wireless internet free and available in lobby.

No triple room available, for guest with family two-three young children has to book more than one room because extra bed not available. No parking for guest those coming by their own car is a big problem since limited space available for public park that most the time occupied. Hotel location is quiet far from restaurant nearby.

The number of shuttle buses is not enough and we always have to wait for long time when going back to hotel. No facilities in the rooms such as iron, tea and coffee internet. No facilities near the hotel such as restaurants, parkings, etc.

Prime location for Umrah Trip & cleanileness.

Location is far from Haram, the Bus service is not regular coming back from Haram although the recipetion assures the guests that it runs every 30 min. Room was not cleant, Towels smilled very bad. Staff were disorganised, I had to stay 25 min at the receiption to get to my room. I had reserved a double room and was given a single, I had to wait 5 hours to be transfered to another room. They wanted to charge extra night on check out because the staff had done a mistake. The Funny Thing, I was given a key for a room which had guest insde and the same happened to us where we were in the room. It was not a good experience. I do not recommend the hotel at all

Too much trafiic noise, with closed windows and even at higher floors during night time as well.

The staff are too polite and welcoming, the room is big compared to Makkah hotels and the bathroom is good. The most I liked their soap is nice and soft. I hope they provide Internet service in the rooms not only at the lounge.

Long wait at reception, any time you need to talk to staff only one available, and very slow. I told them when checked in that I will be paying cash and they said fine but when I was checking out they have already charged my credit card few days before. rooms would benefit from couple of hours ventilation.

in fact, i didn't at all enjoy my stay at the hotel. i had a complete other perspective of the hotel, being a "Mercure" hotel

at the time of my check-in, there was only one front office employee dealing with more than 7 to 8 guests (taking into consideration the very high season i was staying at) with very poor communication skills. As well, the room was extremely unpleasant and the bathroom and the shower were extremely small

The hotel is close to Haram, which is the the pilgrim site for muslims. I guess all who go there are for religious reason

Lack of organisation in their logistics. Shuttle service was supposed to be available to go to the grand mosque. It was either irregular or would not take you close enough to the site.
