We stayed at Mercure Hotel for one night during our journey. The friendly staff, convenient location, and cozy restaurant with a log fire made our stay enjoyable.

I had a great experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated close to a stunning medieval castle and adjacent to the motorways which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, creating an inviting and upscale atmosphere. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always there to assist me. I also appreciated the range of amenities provided, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was truly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near the autobahn network, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choices and a variety of drinks available. the hotel's friendly staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As a traveler passing through from Germany to the UK, I found Mercure Hotel to be a convenient stopover. Plus, they happily accommodate furry friends like my dog. The staff, apart from one person in the restaurant, were all excellent - friendly and efficient. The highlight was definitely the comfortable mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Despite some positives, I do recommend this hotel.

This hotel is nestled in a location that's a refreshing change from the surrounding desert. Adjacent to motorways and close to a medieval castle, it's a convenient spot for travelers. The clean and spacious rooms are equipped with all necessary bathroom amenities and a big, comfortable bed. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, providing fresh milk and toothbrushes upon request. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh fruit, bread, and high-quality menu items that are delicious and priced right.

One minor drawback for this hotel is the lack of a scenic view from the rooms.

The hotel I stayed at during my city trip was fantastic! The breakfast was included and had such a wide variety of food to choose from. The dining area was modern and comfortable. , the location was perfect! It was near all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Lovely hotel, modern and clean. Great buffet options for dinner and breakfast, loved the variety. Small room on the first night, but spacious and beautiful on the second night. Awful hairdryer though. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, would come back again.
