Mercure Comercial Santo Domingo - 聖多明哥

The hotel itself is not exactly what I would expect of a Accor hotel but I got a great deal online and heard that it was in a great location.

The best part of this hotel is its location.

The Mercure has a great location and the hotel restaurant was really good.

The location was great, this hotel was better than I expected and staffs were friendly.

The space between it and the wall was less than a foot (about 20 cm).

The rooms (not the suites) are quite small, are relatively clean, have cable TV, A/C and just the basic necessities including a small fridge.

From color TV to excellent A/C and a queen size bed.

ROOMS are adequate but small, bath water is HOT and there's a lot of it.

The bathroom was so ridicuouly small and ill designed that to go in/out of the shower I had jump over the toilet.

The bathroom was in excellent condition but only had a shower- no tub.

The hotel offers a restaurant, complimentary breakfast, in room mini bar.

The breakfast, that's included was good as well as the restaurant prepared dinner items that I took part in from time to time.

Friendly staff, rOOMS: Unbeliveable big and the restaurant served pretty good food.

Food in the hotel restaurant was great, the Front desk guys were kind of rude except for one and the assigned rooms at the begining were renovated.

The food was excellent but it was difficult to nab one of the 3 patio tables in front of the restaurant.

Perfect location, good hotel and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.

I also wanted to quickly mention the outstanding service of Santos at the front desk.

The staff is excellent and the manager obviously didn't like us.

This hotel is fine, their services are so good that my wife and the employees are friendly.

I have several friends from the area that wanted to come by and hang out so at times, I to negotiate with the front desk regarding this, as it was not stated in writing when I booked the reservation.

There is no parking available but the hotel personnel keeps parking space in front of the hotel for their guess (street parking only).

MANAGEMENT is top notch and the desk help recognizes it's guests as you pass to the elevator.

The hotel room were very clean and the staff was great.

The room I had was small by the standards of other hotels but was very well kept, clean and offered everything you need.

Rooms were clean and the food was excellent.

Resturant staff were very freindly and the room was clean & quiet.

Room is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is great.
