  The staff were friendly, courteous, the new room was much better and bigger and had been updated, the breakfast service was good and the service quick and efficient.

  The staff were very polite and the light bulb over the bed had blown, the dimmer switch had no knob. The food was excellent.

  Staff were very polite and helpful, room was perfect size for 2 of us on a weekend break, the breakfast had a very good choice of buffet and the food was always hot.

  Convenient for city centre and extremely good road access to Chester. The hotel itself is nice and staff are friendly. Rooms are well presented and lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam etc.

  Convenient for the city centre, nice walks along the canal from harvester to Cheshire cat pubs and the value for money is amazing. Internet access is available in reception at an extra charge and lovely food will be staying again great trip.

  Great location just outside chester, very convenient for town and the hotel was clean, bright and well placed to travel into Chester. The staff were welcoming, the receptionist was polite and the rooms have all been recently refurbished and were lovely. The food was good and we also used the pool, was clean.

  The location was excellent, the quality of food was good and reception were very nice and informative. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. From the receptionists to the cleaners all were very polite.

  Location is great, the hotel is modern and nice and hot sauna and steam room. The bar is set just off of reception and again the dcor is contemporary throughout.

  The location was perfect right next to the park and ride for chester, attentive staff made me very welcome. The bedroom was nice enough and food was good.

  Nice areas, such as the bar area, to relax and have a drink, chesters rooms seem to be the best for value.

  Decor is now tired, the leisure facilities are also very tired, dirty and rusting.
