The food was splendid in the restaurant. Had amazing and lovely location to an area recommended by reception for dinner, few metres away from Greek Orthodox Church.

Marvellous location to Bordeaux Wines Museum. Set in a nice area just off great bars restaurants, the Garonne river and Bordeaux itself.

Wonderful and brand-new rooms, kind staff at the reception desk. WiFi, coffee and tea making equipment available. Location close to the hotel's underground, well kept fountains and parks, and a nearby cafe...

Cool and fine rooms with big shower, the aircon, as example, no complaints whatsoever. Great and cool location an easy walk to Greek Orthodox Church. Based close enough to the tourist centre, local attractions and transport options and tram stop and number 4 bus.

Everything met standards, I will choose it for sure next trip. View was pleasant, breakfast was sensational, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Amiable people were working here. The room was reasonably spacious, had private bathroom. The location was good, just a walking distance from Wine and Trade Museum. It was across the fairly nice area.

Comfortable bed, good parking, clean, but food offer is disappointing.

There was no restaurant within the hotel, and the nearby restaurant had a limited menu and seemed to be closed most of the time. The breakfast offered was adequate, but lacked variety and quality.

Classic queen room I stayed at was brand-new with bathtub. Hotel's location was perfect and fantastic, within walking distance of attractions.

The room was comfortable with a good shower. The parking facilities proved very useful. It's about 10 mins. Walk to the nearest tram stop into to the centre

There was evidence of poor cleaning on a shelf but generally the room was clean. Tv was on the wall at the end of the bed and not on a swivel bracket so difficult to watch sitting in the seating area.

Excellent Room, recently completely refurbished and very spacious. My wife is very fussy and she was esctatic about the furnishings and comfort. Secondly the staff on the desk were extremely well trained and helpful. Arranged our rail trip to Lourdes as well as other tours.The hotel is about 15 minutes from the City but the bus stop is outside the Hotel. You catch a number 4 bus. Buy a batch of tickets at the travel bureau in town. You can catch a tram also. This Hotel is rated a 4 star and it lives up to its reputation. Ron and Alison

it boasts a wonderful and lovely location; really close to city centre, transport, and the center.

Our stay was really good, enjoyed excellent and great breakfasts.

This property was clean and fabulous. The staff were very amiable and attentive and were around whole time. The room was nicely decorated and with a wonderful view on the historic skyline of the city. The bed was comfy, exceptional service.

Thank you very much all for a very good stay for a weekend away or business trip. The location was exceptionally nice, not far from the centre or anywhere in between, in a nice enough area.
