The location was good, chateau country tour - was nice and the hotel was well located within the city.

Great location, the hotel appears to be in a nice neighborhood.

The location is excellent, the rates may be better at the Accor hotel is connected to the Mercure.

Other WWII museums/sites and convenient underground parking in central Caen.

Central position for shopping and were helpful in booking taxis.

The staff were pleasant and also standard of room was high especially the bathroom / shower.

A pleasant enough hotel stay, friendly staff and excellent bed & opaque curtains-slept well.

The staff were friendly & pleasant, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had in France.

The location was very central, the staff were helpful and efficient, our room DID have individually controlled air con was great.

Hotel was clean and pleasant, the buffet-style breakfasts were reasonable, on the same street was an excellent Michelin-star restaurant.

Also free breakfast and excellent Parking facilities for guests.

Sausages at Breakfast were the best thing about and the dinner we had as part of our tour was very good.

Happy that the reception staff spoke English, breakfast was continental plus having a lot of breads.

Location were good, hotel parking was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is modern, interesting evening market nearby on Friday evenings in July & August and reception is pleasant.

In addition quiet and modern hotel, comfortable lobby.

    Other WWII museums/sites and convenient underground parking in central Caen. Welcoming environment in the hotel and just make sure not to park your car on the square the night before. The roads are not busy at night, air conditioned room and easy access to restaurants.

    The staff's English is good, as usual a choice of Ham.

    Near city centre and otherwise you could also park on the square. Hotel staff were helpful and my room was clean. Sausages at Breakfast were the best thing about and the dinner we had as part of our tour was very good.

    The location is excellent from to explore the city, the public areas of the hotel are very nice.

    Instructions on to use the shower system would be helpful - since we are not europeans we were unfamiliar, plus no milk for your coffee available.
