Mercure Bush Farnham

The location is fabulous and hotel is really nice.

Great location for an evening out, the hotel itself is lovely and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Convenient central location in Farnham - perfect for our trip to a wedding, the hotel is nothing spectacular and staff are very friendly.

The communal areas are really quite nice, location of the hotel is superb and the beds are extremley comfortable.

Also the hotel is located in the centre of Farnham, which is ideal for getting around by foot, there are one or two good pubs, and plently of places to eat, if you choose not to have dinner in the hotel.

The rooms were great, we stayed in the Figg Room which was a classic room in the old part of the hotel with a big bed and lovely lounge area.

I was give a small suite in a corner of the hotel, with a really comfy bed and excellent blackout curtains.

The hotel has lovely gardens, helpful staff and i liked the large comfortable bed.

Staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable bed.

We went to bed after midnight but the noise from the rowdy wedding guests and disco up kept us awake.

Relaxed in the surroundings, breakfasts nearby are much better value and the bar atmosphere is really cosy.

There was a wedding in the conference room and the restaurant was not big enough to cope with the morning breakfast.

I guess the restaurants theme is the appearance of the food rather than the quantity, but the overall quality was fantastic.

Breakfast was outstanding, all freshly prepared with quality products and as much as we wanted to order.

We ordered a plowman's lunch from the bar menu at nearly £10 a go and it was just a joke.

The only thing I would say is that the receptionist failed to inform us that a token is required when leaving the hotel car park which we discovered too late and had to abandon the car at the barrier and run back to the reception for one!

During my stay the staff were very helpful and friendly, service was great, our room was modern.

The Reception staff and 'Duty Manager' were unhelpful at best and on leaving, exceptionally rude.

First off, once we were given our room key and told how to get our room (which I will add the reception staff were very friendly and helpful).

Location was excellent - very near shops, from the moment I arrived at the hotel the staff were friendly and the service was pretty efficient.

Once inside, the lobby is small and well furnished and we were attended to in a pleasant manner.

Note there is parking at back if when you arrive it looks as if there's no space.

On a slight positive note we found the room to be clean and tidy.

The service brilliant and nice clean bathroom.

The rooms are clean and the food is of a good standard.

The rest of the room was clean and acceptable.

Excellent room, very clean with tea/coffee and complimentary flapjack bite things (really tasty!
