Great value and exactly what I needed. By and large, it was modern place with very helpful staff at the reception desk. The location was good, because a tram station was based near the hotel. Bar Cafe Barriere located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

There was shop missing.

Gorgeous and ideal place, pleasant staff at the reception desk. A very nice area, perfect and fantastic location not far from the shopping centre for cheap baguettes, and the Hippopotumus restaurant next door. New-fashioned rooms with very comfy beds, food fabulous.

The location was particularly good because it was really close to the shopping centre for cheap baguettes, a large lake which produced a number of mosquitos and the nearest commercial mall. The staff were excellent and amicable in case of questions.

It's quiet and stunningly beautiful place for a stopover!!!

The place is clean, the room is new-fashioned, the staff is courteous. Continental breakfast offers lots of excellent food choices. It has magnificent, fantastic setting, close enough to the Expo centre, the bars and the tram line. Bordeaux-Lac is a district that deserves exploring.

The hotel was in a particularly good location very close to the airport, exhibition center, and the tram line. The staff was efficient and very helpful and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful when our car broke down. They went above and beyond to arrange a taxi and assist us during a difficult situation. The breakfast had a great variety and the location off the highway was convenient. The nearby shopping center and IKEA were a bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location off the highway.

Good breakfast buffet, spacious quiet room, dog friendly, easy to find.

Rooms, bathrooms, lifts and corridors very tired and worn. Would be improved considerably by some renovation

Greatly enjoyed this perfect accommodation with incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. We were in an unbeatable and incredible location just a short stroll away from Stade Bordeaux-Atlantique Football Stadium. The place was great value.

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant and absolutely gorgeous accommodation with pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. We usually went to Mcdonald's to grab a bite.
