Place was clean and relaxing. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was excellent. The standard twin room was nicely furnished, had an electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee/tea makers. Friendly service, although a few employees were not always friendly. The location seemed incredible easy to reach from Bonn Central station. And it was also so close to the bus stops as well as motorway exit.

That was relaxing hotel set in very green area, near to city center by bus, supermarkets and pharmacy, and the quiet garden. There was lots of savoury meals. The location of the venue was peaceful - at a moderate distance from Telekom Dome.

Everything was perfect, met the demands, and the staff were very amiable and competent people at both check-in and check-out. The room was silent and neat with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Telekom Dome.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonably spacious room. Fine breakfast served with decent food: D

Very functional hotel with very little reason to believe that it is worth the 4 stars it has been given. Went there in July, all the staff appeared to be student trainees whose undivided attention was given to battling an apparently impenetrable computer system.

This was our second stay in two years and I was soo happy to see the same good standard being preseved. The excellant breakfast on its own is a reason to be back again. Thank you

Room rates charged differed from those quoted on the website. One room was by the delivery are an they started around 4.30 am so not too quiet.

The room we stayed in at Mercure was very cosy and clean. We appreciated the convenience of having supermarkets like Lidl and Edeka nearby, as well as easy access to bus stops. Despite the hotel being a bit far from the city center, its location was advantageous for our other commitments in the area.

The size and acomodation of the triple room (for a family of 2 adults + 2 children) was excellent. The Breakfast was great . The employees at the bar/restaurant are very nice and kind

Dirty room. spots on the wall (huge!!!), smelling bed, shower did not work. I had to call for explanation since a really hard moving button has been pushed in by the cleaning personnel. I could hardly rechange the mode of the shower.
