The hotel of choice in Blois. Clean place with polite and welcoming staff. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to Chateau Royal de Blois. The restaurant was pleasant, for dinner.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was incredibly nice. This accommodation had a central setting in close proximity of the town centre.

the staff were very cordial, helped with any issues. the triple room was wonderful, it included central heating, an electronic key card and a tv set.

A wide range of fine food at breakfast time. Location not far from all the attractions of the city, centre of town, and the Chateau, cathedral and local market. Lovely pool, parking on-site.

The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a great value and extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff. The breakfast is satisfactory for a diabetic, has outstanding food.

Property was nicely designed and pretty standard, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

The location was magnificent, for example, a family-friendly museum was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The staff at Hotel Mercure were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my requests were promptly taken care of. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's pool and spa facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed a relaxing time there. The location of the hotel was also great, with many fantastic restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The secure car park, as well as the free nearby parking, made it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the restaurant provided a lovely view of the river.

It would have been nice to have real cups and glasses instead of paper or plastic ones. Also, the view from the Loire View room was blocked by dense trees, which was a bit disappointing.

Good location close to the Loire river and city centre, particularly liked the restaurant with views from the first floor, through the trees to the river. Room very neat and tidy.

View from our room at the side of the hotel was only of a wall, but we were not expecting a room with a good view. The pool is a bit small if you want a good swin, OK for a dip though.

Traveling with 2 young children, they proposed accommodation where you can all sleep comfortably in one room, which is exceptional. Hotel staff did it's very best to arrange a parking space for our car, which is pretty convenient when you have a car packed with luggage, so you don't need to unpack everything. Apart from that we found the staff to be smiling and very service-minded. They made it worth one star more than rated. Thx, lovely Mercure people! Family Cox

Exceptionally comfortable bed in standard queen room with central heating, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Great low budget hotel location close enough to the centre of Blois old-town. Also, in the center of the town.

Fine breakfast option with Nespresso coffee, smashed or fried eggs, fruit.

No hotel parking.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the river and all the beautiful sights this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and I really enjoyed the quiet pool area where I could relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

Reasonably large units with a double bed as well as coffee, welcoming employees. Marvellous and perfect location extremely close to a Late Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral.

The staff during most of our stay were extremely helpful.

The layout of the original room was unusual - very narrow steep stairs leading to a gallery with the bed and I am an arthritic older person. Fortunately, the staff were able to move me to a 'normal' room but the rate remained the same. I didn't mind that but when I went to check out, the original staff weren't on and the staff who were on duty tried to charge me for (a) the mini-bar which I'd been assured would be free as I was paying at the higher rate and (b) for breakfasts which we had not had and had not ordered, only having coffee each morning. It took over half an hour of arguing to get it sorted. Also my son tried to order a pernod in the bar and the barman had never heard of it. This in the country that makes it.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was pleasant and clean, had lovely views, beautiful location in the restaurant which was fine. The personnel was exceptionally nice and superfriendly. The breakfast was good and had variety of options.
