The Raddison SAS is not in a good location, I passed it in the car on the way in and out of town, I can't see that hotel as being worth the price, unless you need the swimming pool.
Situation was nice, the location of the hotel was perfect and staff were always kind and helpful.
Excellent location across from the beach and there were plently of places to eat nearby were lovely.
Hotel location is excellent, just off the Beach and very close to the main shopping and dinning area.
The location of the hotel is excellent and is within walking distance to most locations.
We took the number 6 bus from the airport which drops you 50 metres from the hotel and only costs 1.
The bed was really comfortable, a lot of nice bars were close and towels were perfect.
Amenities in the room were above average -- quality sheets and towels, all new fixtures in the bathroom.
Our room was very attractive, nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom & great views of the seafront.
In addition the reception staff were charming, the bed itself was very comfortable.
Le service et l'emplacement sont super, very comfy bed.
Eating out: Restaurant St Amour on Rue Gambetta was good for bistro-style food, except for the desserts which I’d skip next time.
Location are excellent bar staff are very helpful and all the personel at this hotel are incredibly nice and warm.
It’s a short stroll to the main shopping streets and within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants and bars.
We didn't opt for the breakfast (15 EUR per person), but instead went up the street to a local patisserie and had fresh croissants and pain au chocolats for a third of the price.
There are some lovely fish restaurants and tapas bars down by the water which are also very reasonable in price and good quality.
Additionally the service was amazing at all times, the staff serviced the room appeared to be the most polite.
Reception staff friendly and knowledgeable, large rooms.
The price was a little high and the maid service was great.
The Plaza was warm welcoming with a very friendly staff in all departments.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the internal decoration and furnishings are what you might expect to find in a 4 or 5 star establishment.
Moreover has the added bonus of parking is a must in central Biarritz.
The standard of daily housekeeping was excellent.
Rooms are quite small, as is the reception area, but are very airy and extremely clean.
Very well located, clean and tastefully newly redecorated rooms!
Biggest bathroom we had on the trip, &, as usual in Mercure Hotels, absolutely spotless.
Friendly staff rooms are always clean, breakfast is served in the bright.
