It was exceptional and overall clean hotel with an in-house restaurant. The staff were friendly efficient, excellent services. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, near to the Channel Tunnel, and Arras centre-approximately 10 minutes stroll and easily accessible. The vibe here was quiet.

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. It was in an excellent and perfect location close to the historic centre of Arras. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was really good, including lots of fine food.

It has spacious well equipped rooms with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. Fantastic service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi. The ambience of the hotel is family.

We enjoyed the convenience of the standard twin room available with drinks in the mini fridge, Nespresso machine, for example. The location was easy, relatively near a public square.

The breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory and with multiple options; the staff was outstandingly accommodating. The location was particularly good and perfect for me as it was just off the town square, and the common areas.

Lots of food at breakfast, such as fresh bread, cereal, pastries, fruit, and cheese.

Good budget hotel with nice design. Good sized and fashionable room looking out at city. Perfect location of the property right in the beautiful centre of town. Also - right by surrounding areas as well as the Arras War Memorial as well as the Xmas markets.

Poor bathroom.

The breakfast was plentiful and great with multiple options, the food was reasonably priced. The location was marvellous and lovely in a central area, just next door to the centre, main sites and restaurants, and resturant.

It had central location close to Place des Heros. And the area was very pleasant, so close to the main square where there are numerous restaurants, Arras for the Christmas Market, and the Somme battlefields.

The room was spacious well equipped, with exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The efficient staff made it a pleasurable place to stay.

Its location was incredible, so close to the Channel Tunnel, and the train station for train to Paris. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a monumental cross. The room was more than spacious well equipped and beautifully designed and included a luxurious bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were very, very nice and polite people at the reception desk.

Plus, the location is handy and easy, minutes from Heroes Square. The staff are especially helpful and top-class. It has a good service and their breakfast is plentiful with cheeses and juice, as for instance.

The room was decent sized here with bathroom, the 2 extra beds plus excellent WiFi. The staff were efficient and outstandingly accommodating people. The location was particularly good and ideal for first time visitors to Arras. Had brunch in the L'elysee, located nearby.

The area was poor.

The room is contemporary and functional with extremely comfy bed.
