The price is better than many of the boutique hotels though, and the same as many run-of-the-mill ones.

The location is perfect, the Taxi's are cheap and ipanema beach is amazing.

Great location for restaurants, besides the best street and all in all very good value for money bearing in mind you are in Rio.

The ideal location to stay in Rio is a bit closer to Ipanema, food sold on the beach is safe and good and cheap.

Good location in Leblon, leafy street and the design of the hotel is quite nice.

Additionally great apartment hotel in a very good location in Rio, the staff helpful and internet connection was available.

I loved the apartment's layout -- a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a livingroom, a dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the Jesus statue AND the beach.

A very comfortable bed and local restaurants are quite good so walk around.

Location was excellent, staff were good and the room rate was very cheap.

The Location is very good, internet free as should be in every hotel and all the rooms have a large balcony.

Nice view over Rio de Janeiro from our room and just a few meters from the beach.

We did save a bunch of money by eating breakfasts and lunches in.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, my Brazilian Portugese phrase book came in handy here.

For the money represents outstandingly good value and the front desk was friendly.

The staff is friendly, multi-lingual (it helps to know some spanish), and willing to help (they called different pharmacies for me when I was ill to find the right medication).

The ladies clean your room work the hardest.

Very clean room and reasonable prices in the restaurant.

    A few extra utensils such as a carving knife would make the kitchen more useful, the pool is small.

    The location excellent and near beach. For the money represents outstandingly good value and the front desk was friendly. Size of apartment was surprising, as the restaurant had closed arranged for a prompt delivery of dinner.
