Central location, cosy hotel and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location for railway station, we had a very difficult time finding as the streets have been changed to one-way and the hotel is immaculately clean and tidy.

The location was excellent, we just didn't realize that the streets would have been so changed since we were there 6 years ago and the staff at all levels of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location and near to the car park.

The location was excellent, and the staff polite enough, but I would not recommend staying there until the renovations are complete.

On est allés passer un long week-end à Annecy pour faire du trekking et aller dans des restaurants, et on a eu exactement ce qu’on voulait!

We stayed in Annecy for a long weekend of trekking/eating, and got what we came for!

Stunning scenary around lake Annecy and excellent local food!

Additionally the good predictability of Mercure hotels, nice staff and friendly and helpful receptionist.

After speaking at length with the manager, we were told we would be compensated for our inconvenience.
