Great staff! Excellent location, however the food was not great. For such a nice hotel, I expected a better selection, better tasting and overall better quality meals for dinner and breakfast.
Only the food. I loved the staff. They were very friendly and service- oriented! I appreciated how they had a breakfast prepared specially for my family because our taxi needed to pick us up a couple of hours before their breakfast buffet began!

For the price we paid, Hotel Mercedes provided great value for money. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring that tables are cleared promptly and that there is enough staff available to serve coffee cups and small spoons.

stayed in lloret de mar before, but mercedes exceeded expectations on a budget. great location near shops, bars, and beaches. friendly staff, rooftop pool, and jacuzzi were a plus.
