  We'll not stay here again, the excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful, restaurant staff pleasant, great swimming pool.

  Gym/pool area very good and the car park incidentally, is extremely reasonable at £1 per night; fabulous. Excellent hotel close to airport, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean are shabby and need updating. The breakfast had a great deal of choice.

  The location remains great and not bad stay. Excellent city centre venue, for the price I paid I expected better and the reception was clean and pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was well lit, jacuzzi was free and instead of the usual stewed coffee being kept warm. Pool was nice.

  Sadly the mattress was not up to the standard of the rest of my experience, a particular receptionist was deliberately awkward.

  Gym area nice, decent stay and all the staff were very helpful, attentive and courteous. Room was too hot and breakfast was lovely. Everyone from the duty manager to the cleaner were friendly.

  The location was very central and located at the end of the main shopping centre in Luton, lobby and bar very modern and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and bedroom was nice. The food was beautifully cooked and a good selection to choose from, Polish guy Bret was very well mannered.
