- No individual heaters in rooms; at times, it was too cold - WiFi spot only at the reception, poor or no connection in tthe rooms - No special warm room for boards, skis and boots

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located very close to the city center and the train station, being just a 5-10 minute walk down the hill. The rooms provide a wonderful view of the snowy fields, creating a cozy and picturesque atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start your day right.

This hotel was just a short walk away from the city center, and it was very convenient to get to the train station from here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they gave me a kettle to make tea whenever I wanted, which was perfect for my needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of fields and mountains. I thoroughly enjoyed the home-cooked food during my ski trip and the beds were as comfortable as any 5* hotel.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable, making it challenging for business travelers or anyone needing constant access to the internet.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this cozy family-run hotel. Loved the exceptionally clean rooms and the fantastic views offered. The location was superb, being only a short walk away from the city center, with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast spread which was plentiful and delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel like part of the family.

Honestly, there wasn't much to fault during our stay. The only minor downside was that there was limited availability for evening meals, but this was made up for by the abundance of nearby restaurants.
