The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, we were treated exceptionally well by the waitress, supervisor and the bar staff. Everyone made an effort to chat and make sure we did not want for anything during our stay. The hotel was in a nice location, near enough to the city centre but far enough out that you were not caught up in traffic.

The room although comfortable was located on the first floor above the bar. This meant that it was very difficult to sleep due to the noise, especially when the dreaded music started. Also the shower head could have done with a de-scaling as the water sprayed everywhere and the water pressure was not constant.

Staff were friendly and the bar and restuarant menus had Gluten Free options. The hotel was in a nice area and not far from the airport by taxi. the city centre was further than I thought but still okay

Fair comfort and, when hot water system broke down, staff quickly offered solution and a move to another room.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, great bathroom, and good buffet breakfast included.

The front desk was nice enough to give us verbal walking directions into downtown Galway, but they didn't offer us a map which I thought was odd. We managed to figure out how to get there by following roundabout signs as we walked but a map would have been helpful.

I had a very pleasant 3 day stay, staff friendly and efficient, room very comfortable.

On the 3rd evening, a Saturday, a wedding reception was taking place and the music went on into the early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep. I would advise anyone considering booking to ring the hotel direct to find out if a wedding is planned for during their intended stay and to ask for a room well away from the celebrations!
