Excellent city location just out of town centre and we didn't eat or drink I'n the hotel.
The location is great and the interior of the hotel is stunning especially the rooms very modern and comfortable.
Tho hotel has a great location and the staff was very helpful.
This basically ruined our first day since we had to use taxis to move from hotel to centre and back.
I have to say they aplogized and they even gave back to us the money we had spent for the taxis the day before, but our short visit to Seville was jeopardized by this.
Whilst we had a good view of plaza could bearlg see through filthy windows, all in all i would def recommend this hotel for a city break r just relaxation and the huge bed is there in every double room.
Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in and i found the staff exceptionally friendly.
The bed was very comfortable and food was excellent.
The front desk staff all speak good English, double bed very comfortable.
Two adults and Two children, Hotel was well above average and the reception was huge, the bar was a good size and had all you needed, the rooms were a good size and well stocked with all kinds of things beds large clean and comfertable.
The bar tender 'Diego' was a very friendly man to talk and the food there was excellent.
Dont worry about food as we eat all meals in the City as it had plenty of outlets.
I liked the pillow menu, fantastic breakfast and concierge very helpful.
Breakfast was great, we also used the spa was lovely.
The lobby is large, waiting staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful, the nice octapus furniture close to the bar.
On arrival we were told by a very abrupt front desk person that the pool area was closed - as had rained the day before, i like that the hotel was a bit different from the regular 5 stars I usually stay at and the reception staff were helpful.
The situation was perfect for sightseeing - all the main attractions were a ten minute walk away, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the front desk employees were very nice and professional.
The hotel had been refurbished to a very high standard and the reception staff were very friendly.
Reasonably central location for sight-seeing, nice hotel - well equipped - good sized beds and very pleasant staff on reception.
Free wi-fi, good food and the swimming pool looked nice.
Nice having choice of pillows, good snacks and we also liked that had an outdoor pool.
Location - Not bad, good hotel and the coffee shop in the lobby was also very nice.
Lovely parks nearby as well to take a stroll, the front desk are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean.
Furthermore rooms were clean and good little bar around the corner called Boca.
The rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet is large and the facilities are clean.
The room was clean and this included lovely breakfast.
