Higher price than other hotels in BA, but great value and we certainly had a pleasant stay.
I spend a time searching for hotels in the famous Recoleta area and I found this Meliá Boutique Chain hotel for a nice price comparing with other traditional options.
The hotel is a very good value (we have stayed at more and less expensive hotels in Buenos Aires on other occasions and like this the best for the $$).
The hotel is nice and style -- the value is good.
Really good location, perfectly located in the best BA district and within walking distance to many great parts of the city.

The location is perfect and the hotel is perfectly located in the beautiful.
Strongest plus point is probably location - it's in Recoleta, which the most upmarket part of Buenos Aires, and well located for the touristy area near the cemetery.
They helped me several times with directions, translations, currency exchanges and made sure I was always called a "radio" cab.
Another problem was the maid service, the bed was made and the room cleaned but bathroom amenities not replaced.
Our room was superb - the bed was comfortable.
The bathrooms are brand new, modern style and nice (no tubs in the rooms).
Some of the rooms even come with 2 flat screen TVs(one for the bed area and another in the sitting area).
Of course it was lovely to return to my room at night, having my bed turned down with chocolates placed on top.
Room was spacious, breakfast in the bar downstairs was the best we encountered in Argentina.
The complementary breakfast was plentiful and included hot and cold dishes.
The location is superb for walking as the streets are tree-lined and are dotted with many interesting shops and restaurants.
Included breakfast was excellent but other food and drink pricey for B.
The breakfast in the morning was very good and included cereals,fruits ,eggs ,yogurt,pastries and a number of other alternatives.
Well located for the touristy area near the cemetery, the friendly casualness of the hotel staff was charming and spa services - They were beautiful.
Excellent location, great Hotel and reception staff were courteous.
This so-called Express service number never answered either but we rang reception and got what we wanted.
Reception staff were courteous and helpful as long as you were face to face with them.
The hotel has an impressive lobby and 2 towers rising up at either end of the lobby with ultra smooth and silent glass lifts.
In summary, If you would like stay at one of the Luxury Hotels but don't need over-the-top opulance - and want to save a few bucks - and don't need a pool - this is a GREAT choice.
The gym wasn't much to write home about - only a couple of machines that didn't work too well.
Loved - excellent hotel, great service and spotless as well as the rooms.
Hotel has a friendly feel about, overall the staff is very nice and the room is very clean.
The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean.
