Excellent breakfast for the start of the day with view on Paulista Street and Brazilian traditional food, as for instance. Great location adjacent to a convenient area for exploring, walking, sightseeing, shopping and enjoying bars and restaurants, good restaurants and nightclubs and 2 main subway lines, could not be better...

The rooms at this lovely central hotel were extremely spacious. Property's staff were extremely polite. The location was stunning close to a shopping mall.

The ideal central hotel was recently refurbished. I appreciated venue's very good and excellent breakfasts with many options. The room was perfectly clean and offered with very comfy bed, bathroom plus a nice view. The staff were very attentive and made me feel welcome. The daily service was great. The pool was great too.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just down the street from a well-known plaza and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. As a business traveler, I found it to be in the perfect spot for easy access to everything I needed. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day off right.

Some aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations. The service could use improvement, as there were times when staff seemed less attentive and efficient in cleaning up after guests.

The internet connection is down during my whole stay, in fact I chose the hotel because it says hi speed internet provided free in room. But then during my stay the connection didnt work, I phoned the front desk to check, and it takes 2 hours for them to send 1 staff to come to my room to check, he set up the wifi on my desktop it appears to be workign, but it takes 30 mins to download 1 email with 16kb size. I was on my business trip and it has become very stresful without internet connection in my room. And the other thing, when I was in the taxi with driver which doesnt speak english, It is very hard for me to communicate and then I phoned the hotel wish them could translate what I wanted to ask to the driver. But then they hang me up, I thought it was an error I called back and again they hung me up! Ive never been dissapointed in any of my stay in many hotels, this was absurd.

This hotel is located right next to a subway station, making it extremely convenient for exploring this bustling neighborhood. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast served here is superior to most cafes in the city. The staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

Its rooms are large, had a really nice stay for a business trip. This fantastic central hotel has a good and incredible location to the Maksoud plaza.

The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from an art museum.

I appreciated spacious room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, television and a mini fridge bar.

Family suite with carpet. Marvellous and awesome location to an urban park.
