A great location adjacent to the Serra da Estrela and nature tourisme very well organized in the region.

A perfect location for love peace and the hotel is wonderful: my room was inside the old palace.

The location could be much better, we got an upgrade to a large suite on the best part of the hotel at no extra cost and the staff is kind and helpfull.

The staff were helpful and the room was amazing.

Great place, reception attentive and spacious room.

Large rooms and the breakfast was great too.

Bathroom is great too, lots of the meals are huge.

The room is very good and a small local company that provides outdoor activities.

The living room is spacious enough, snack or just a drink from the bar is wonderful and the restaurant is exceptional the pool is delightful.

Recommend the restaurant: the food was excellent and swimming in the pool was another great.

Breakfast was fantastic and facility was clean and comfortable.

Location was good, the castle on the hill near by was a wonderful walk in the park and the hotel was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and the room was amazing. Food service were superb and the pool was nice.
